Take your diving to the next level with the SSI Advanced Adventurer course! Designed for certified Open Water Divers, this course gives you the opportunity to try out different specialty dives under the guidance of a professional instructor—without committing to a full specialty course right away.

Over the course of five dives, you'll explore options like Deep Diving, Navigation, Perfect Buoyancy, Wreck Diving, or Limited Visibility - customized to your interests and local dive conditions. It’s a great way to build experience, boost your confidence, and discover what type of diving excites you most.

Before your dives, you'll complete the SSI Advanced Adventurer digital learning through the MySSI app or online portal. The e-learning is easy to follow and lets you study at your own pace, so you're well-prepared and ready to make the most of your underwater training.

This flexible, skills-based program is the perfect stepping stone toward more advanced certifications and adventures. Whether you're looking to dive deeper, explore new environments, or just become a more capable buddy, the Advanced Adventurer course helps you dive smarter and safer.

This course is typically offered over a weekend during our local charters to Georgian Bay, Brockville & Rockport, or Tobermory

Prerequisite: Open Water Diver certification
Minimum Age: 10 (junior divers welcome with guardian consent)
Includes:

• 5 specialty dives
• SSI digital learning materials
• FREE access to pool to practice at the Etobicoke Olympium Pool every Monday from 9-11 pm. Gear rental is extra.
