Aquarius Scuba – Change & Cancellation Policy

 


Scuba Courses (Group Courses)

More than 14 days prior to course start

Full refund minus eLearning / certification fees, which are non-refundable once issued:

  • SSI eLearning / Certification Fee: $100.00
  • PADI eLearning / Certification Fee: $200.0

7–14 days prior to course start

50% refund of the course fee only, after deduction of eLearning / certification fees

  • One complimentary date change permitted (subject to availability

Less than 7 days prior to course start

No refunds

  • Course may be transferred to a future date for a $50.00 rescheduling fee, subject to availability

No-Shows

  • Failure to attend any portion of a scheduled course without prior notice is considered a no-show
  • No-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable

Private Courses

  • Private courses require minimum 7 days’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling
  • Less than 7 days’ notice results in full forfeiture of the course fee
  • This is due to exclusive instructor scheduling and limited availability

eLearning & Certification Fees

Once issued, eLearning and certification fees are non-refundable under all circumstances

  • These fees are paid directly to the training agency and cannot be recovered

Weather, Safety, or Instructor-Related Cancellations

If Aquarius Scuba must cancel or reschedule a course due to:

  • Weather
  • Safety concerns
  • Instructor availability

Students will be offered:

  • A rescheduled date at no charge, or
  • A refund of the course portion only (eLearning/certification fees excluded

Medical or Emergency Situations

  • Documented medical emergencies may be considered on a case-by-case basis
  • At Aquarius Scuba’s discretion, a course credit may be offered in place of a refund

 

Aquarius Scuba – Retail Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Aquarius Scuba. We want you to be confident in your purchase and are happy to assist within the guidelines below.


Returns (Refunds)

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date

Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and undamaged
  • The item must be in original packaging with all tags attached
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.


Exchanges

Exchanges are permitted within 30 days of the original purchase date

Items must meet the same eligibility requirements as returns:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Exchanges are subject to product availability

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used or damaged items
  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
  • Custom-ordered or special-order products
  • Gift cards
  • Any item returned without original packaging or proof of purchase

Defective Items

If an item is defective:

  • Please contact us as soon as possible
  • We will assess whether the item qualifies for a replacement, exchange, or manufacturer warranty claim

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
