About Our Pools

At Aquarius Scuba, we’re proud to train our divers in some of Toronto’s best aquatic facilities. Using multiple pools throughout the year allows us to offer flexible scheduling and an ideal learning environment for every stage of diver training.

Our shop is located at 4020 Dundas St West, Toronto, ON, and all pool locations are within a twenty minute drive from the shop.

Summer Pool - Western Tech Commercial School

Address: 125 Evelyn Crescent, Toronto, ON 
Distance from Aquarius Scuba: 3.5 km | 7 minute drive

During the summer season, our pool training takes place at Western Tech Collegiate Institute. 

This pool provides a comfortable, controlled environment that’s perfect for learning foundational scuba skills. The warmer months allow us to use this pool because of its close proximity to our shop!

Parking: Street parking along Evelyn st. 

Notes: Park on the street, walk past the tennis courts, and find us at the pool!

Used for: Open Water Referral, Snorkelling Sessions, Perfect Buoyancy and Specialties , Continuing Education, Try Scuba Sessions

Winter Pool - George Harvey Aquatic Centre

Address: 21 Rotherham Ave, Toronto, ON
Distance from Aquarius Scuba: 5 km | 15 minute drive

In the winter months, our pool training takes place at the George Harvey Aquatic Centre (behind York Memorial Collegiate Institute) 

This pool is very warm with spacious changerooms and deck space. The heated pool provides a comfortable diving experience in colder winter months, and there is a large parking lot to accomodate out students! 

Parking: Large parking lot for students and unloading gear! 

Notes: The parking lot is the first entrance when driving east on Rotherham. Although there are “No Parking” signs posted, parking is permitted in this lot for pool users. The entrance is located directly under Door 11B.

Monday Night Training Pool - Etobicoke Olympium 

Address: 590 Rathburn Rd, Etobicoke, ON 
Distance from Aquarius Scuba: 8.1 km | 15 minute drive

Our Monday night pool sessions are held at the Etobicoke Olympium Olympic Pool, one of the premier olympic swimming pools in Ontario.

With its size and depth, this Olympic-standard pool offers an excellent environment for extended training sessions, continuing education courses, and practice!

Parking: In the main parking lot

Used for: Open Water Dives 1 & 2, Specialty and Continuing Ed. Courses, Practice!
