Pool Freediver
Join us for two Monday evenings at the Etobicoke Olympium Pool to build a strong foundation in freediving. Over the course of these sessions, you’ll learn the essentials of freediving, including breathing techniques, equalization, safety, equipment use, and an introduction to the different freediving disciplines.
The pool training will focus on both static and dynamic freediving skills while teaching you how to relax in the water, improve your breath-hold, develop efficient finning technique, and practice safety procedures.
